Organic Restaurant

Here, at La Cerqua, the life is punctuated by the fluctuation of fragrances and flavors coming from the kitchen:

Morning – organic breakfast buffet.

At 8.00 am, Marcella open the dining-room’s door, where a rich buffet of 100% organic products is set up:

Cereals, jams, honey, nut cream, meats and cheeses, eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, chocolate and homemade bread, cakes and biscuits.

Noon – Bio Cafè

Since 10.00 am, and during the whole day, it is possible to taste the organic products from the Bio Cafè, either in the veranda or (in summer) by the pool.

Espresso, American coffee, cappuccino, barley, hot chocolate, tea and herbal teas, juices, natural drinks (bio-cola etc.), craft beers, local wine, cocktails, liqueurs (everything, definitely, 100% organic).

P.S.: for lunch-time it is possible to order a light meal.

Evening – Organic dinner (reservation required).

Since 7.30 pm, in the organic restaurant it is possible to taste the traditional dishes prepared by Silvana with 100% organic seasonal products. Every evening a different menu (on Sunday, and on reservation, even for lunch).

Full organic meal (3 courses) eur 23,00 per person – eur 12,00 per child.

Appetizers

The typical farm cold-cuts with different kinds of handmade bread : pane nociato, torta sul panaro, arvoltoli o brustengo; selection of crostini (funghi, tartufo, rigagli); spelt salad; legumes.

First Courses

Hand-made pasta, with eggs (tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle) or without (zagagnotti). Sauces: sugo d’oca, tartufo, funghi, erbe aromatiche; Gnocchi di patate di Pietralunga; Soups: farro e ceci, funghi, carote, ortica; Spaghetti, penne, farfalle, fusilli with seasonal vegetables sauces.

Main Courses

Self-produced meat: pig, lamb, goose, duck, chicken, turkey arrosto, imporchettate, con l'intingolo, alla brace, in padella, allo spiedo ; eggs, local cheeses. Seasonal vegetables from the garden.

Desserts

crostate, torcolo, tozzetti, torciglione, ricciolina, torta di carote, semifreddo croccante, etc.
